In commemoration of an NCSC process that has not been updated for 25 years; automatic data collection, with improved accuracy and efficiency.
Brief idea: The manual pen/paper process that has been in use for a quarter of a century is extremely clumsy and prone to errors. Instead of using a high level programming language for raters to install and learn new apps, it uses the content control functionality in Microsoft Office. This intuitive paperless process not only completes the task faster and better, it generates automatic data for further analysis.
Build: Sample tests available publicly on the NCSC web site, pdf -> doc/xls converter, Microsoft Office in developer mode ($6.99/month), Microsoft Office compatible product in user mode ($0), audio app with variable tempo control ($0), Windows non-English language pack ($0)
