Courtney - Your fines and fees feline friend
Many people just know they can’t pay fines, and they don’t know how to discus and document why they can’t pay. Courtney provides hope to the over-fined by asking questions that can guide a court to determine whether the user has the ability to pay. We intend to also allow the user to upload “temporarily stored” supporting documents.

The Full Story
Courtney provides value to court user first by letting them even know there is a possibility that they may not need to pay the fine in full if they meet criteria, and that they may not need to even show-up in court if they are able to pay a partial fine and/or complete community service before the “due date”.
We also want to address the need of letting court users understand what circumstances result in reduced fines and then what proof the court may require of them. We also really want to provide a temporary, non-court storage environment for any answers or support information.
