Headline: Autumn, The Virtual Caregiver
To help alleviate Caregiver burnout / stress, Autumn watches over the patient around the clock. Using a combination of dedicated sensors( Medbox, Bed, Washroom, and Fridge), Autumn is able to take information and form patterns to best understand the patients routine. Once they deviate from that common routine, Autumn steps in to investigate without getting a caregiver involved unless it’s absolutely necessary. However to give more insight, Autumn also feeds her information into it’s dedicated caregiver app to access when they choose to.

The full story:
Problem: To help alleviate Caregiver burnout / stress, by helping them watch over their loved ones virtually.
Target: Caregivers of Patients with early onset. Like millennials, and significant others of Baby Boomers
How: Autumn The Virtual Caregiver
Autumn: Using a combination of sensors, Autumn is able to take in a range of information and form patterns to best understand the patients routine. Sensors in their - Bed, Washroom, Fridge, and Medication Box.
What makes us Different: Autumn has the ability to take the data or the lack of data and follow up on the Patient. If they forgot to take their meds, we can trigger a phone call to the patients land line and remind them to take it. Or if they are sleeping in bed longer then normal, Autumn will give them a call to follow up. The great thing about Autumn is, that after a few calls and no answer, she will then decide to reach out to the caregiver or list of caregivers, about what the current situation is…for them to action on.
Outcome: Over time Autumn can grow and learn more about the patient the longer she’s involved in a patient’s care. She can learn what the new norm is, something a caregiver wouldn’t be able to c right away. So not only is Autumn helping manage the care, but is also a tool in being proactive in providing insight to a caregiver early.
A sense of independence for the patient, and more freedom for the caregiver to live their life stress for in parallel.
