Headline: A call-handling system for court house representatives

The full story: At the beginning of the hackathon Saturday, during Voices from the Field, I was struck by the idea of a call transcription software. This software would be transcribe call audio and analyze it for keywords. With this information, in case a representative needed to transfer the caller to another rep, it would be much easier for the rep to get caught up, and the caller wouldn’t have to reexplain their situation and potentially anything that was discussed. To this end, I used the Twilio API for call handling with VoiceBase integration for audio transcription and analysis.
